Same process is for Plumber as well, please convey this to them too.

How can my Son, Brother or Other Family Member operating from another shop also register in Prince Udaan Loyalty Program?
- Sorry, you can have only one Registration in Prince Udaan Loyalty Program though you have different GST No. or Shop or establishment or even different transaction with your Son, brother or other family member.
- Only one account is allowed in such scenario and the superior Partner Role remains functional.

This Program is operational in which states in India?
- Currently the program is operational in following States: Haryana, Punjab, Bihar, Gujarat, Maharashtra, MTV, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu and Telangana.

How can I earn Points?
1. For Wholesaler/ Retailer & Plumber: Once you purchase Prince Pipes Products, you have to demand points from seller on your Prince Pipes Product Purchase. Seller will enter your Purchase details in the system and you will get points in real time.
2. For Distributors: Direct points to Distributors are discontinued from July’2020. However, Distributors have to transfer points to other channel partners on the purchase of Prince Pipes Products.

How many transactions I can do at one go?
1. For Wholesaler/ Retailer & Plumber: You can add demand seller to upload 3 Sale transactions at one time. If you have purchased from Distributor then he can upload multiple transactions at a time.

At a time, how many points seller will add/update?

Based on your purchase uploaded by seller, points will be updated in your account.

Can my Points get expired in the program?
1. Yes, your points may expire if you have not redeemed them in 12 months from the date of earning points. However, system shall expire points on the last date of month in which your points are due for Expiry. Eg: If you have earned points on 7^th May’2021, it will expire on 31^st May’2022.
2. Incase the program discontinues in your State or District then you will be informed via SMS about your Point Expiry Date.

Do I get charged on sending SMS?

Yes, based on your service provider tariff, SMS will be charged.

What is the Toll-free number?

Our Toll-free number is 18001028307, you can call from Monday to Friday between 9 am to 6 pm.

How can I change my registered Mobile Number?

Sorry, since your registered mobile number is your identity in the program we cannot change the number. However, if you want to change then you should send request to de-activate your existing number to Udaan@princepipes.com after your number is de-activated, then you can register your new number.

Can I give redeem request on call?
1. No, you cannot give Redemption request on call, however, you can place the redemption request via 2 modes – SMS & Directly via App/ Website.
  1. SMS: You can SMS REDEEM to 8425889156. Once we get your request we will call you within 2 working days and take your redemption request.

Indemnity:

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 4 hours of placing an order. There would be a 5% transaction Charges on the total amount. If the order is already under process, then the request will not be accepted.

Cancellation of consumer durable items and non durable.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, customer will have to report the same to our customer care center by mentioning the same. The request can only be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 24 hours from the day of receipt of the products.

Product received is not as per shown / expected

However, If in any situation customer feels that, what is delivered is not as per displayed, than they can bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. And the matter will be handled on case to case bases.

Order cancelled due to product Out of stock / Change in price.

Ltd, the Site, its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon the use of User's actions or inactions, including but not limited to any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfillment of any of its obligations under this Agreement or arising out of the User's infringement of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights.

This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

EMART SOLUTIONS INDIA PVT. LTD/THE SITE HAS MADE THIS SERVICE AVAILABLE TO USE AS A MATTER OF CONVENIENCE. EMART SOLUTIONS INDIA PVT. LTD EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY CLAIM OR LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF UPLOADING OF ANY OBSCENE, VULGAR OR PORNOGRAPHIC IMAGES, PHOTOGRAPH OR A PICTURE OR ALTERING OR DISTORTING THE IMAGES AVAILABLE UNDER THIS SERVICE IN AN OBSCENE, VULGAR OR PORNOGRAPHIC MANNER. USER AGREES AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT USER SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR USER'S CONDUCT AND THAT EMART SOLUTIONS INDIA PVT.LTD/SITE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE YOUR RIGHTS TO USE THE SERVICE IMMEDIATELY, NOT WITHSTANDING PENAL PROVISIONS UNDER THE INDIAN CYBER LAWS OR ANY OTHER ALLIED LAWS ENACTED BY THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA OR ANY OTHER STATUTORY, LEGISLATIVE OR REGULATORY AUTHORITY AUTHORIZED IN THIS REGARD FROM TIME TO TIME.

IN NO EVENT SHALL EMART SOLUTIONS INDIA PVT. EMART SOLUTIONS INDIA PVT.LTD /SITE DOES NOT ENDORSE IN ANYWAY ANY ADVERTISERS/ CONTENTS OF ADVERTISERS ON ITS WEBPAGES.

THE CLAUSE SHALL SURVIVE THE TERMINATION OR EXPIRY OF THIS AGREEMENT.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 4 hours of placing an order. There would be a 5% transaction Charges on the total amount. If the order is already under process, then the request will not be accepted.

Cancellation of consumer durable items and non durable.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, customer will have to report the same to our customer care center by mentioning the same. The request can only be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 24 hours from the day of receipt of the products.

Product received is not as per shown / expected

However, If in any situation customer feels that, what is delivered is not as per displayed, than they can bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. And the matter will be handled on case to case bases.

Order cancelled due to product Out of stock / Change in price.

Please note that orders which are not delivered within the estimated time period may be cancelled as per company policy. In such cases company shall process complete refund of orders. Queries received outside the time frame as mentioned above, will not be entertained.

Refund Process

A refund is processed based on the mode of payment.

Credit card refunds are done back to the credit card itself and will feature in the following monthly billing statement.

Net banking refunds are done back to the bank account.
